BELLAMBI REEF - Saturday - 2/2/2008

• The comp was postponed for a month due to really crappy conditions on the original January start date
• The new improved start date was spot-on
• Virtually no wind at all
• A nice little swell off the Swimming Pool
• A stormy looking sky that skirted around the edges of the coast
• Five Divisions and around 45 competitors

• The Finals hit the water in very early afternoon with some great waves and a good dose of sunshine
• The event was once again hosted by the Southern Traditional Old Mal Pilots - STOMP Club, under the guidance of Contest Director - Bill Morris
• Port Kembla surf photographer / historian David Milnes was on hand once again selling his beautiful black & white prints from the 60's
• Seb Barbarino also had a selection of old mals / old boards for sale
