- "X" marks the spot (otherwise called Little
Park - Warilla)
- Dateline: XIII / X / MMVI Anno Domini
- Purpose: Walking ye plank(s) - 8-foot to just a tad under
9-foot, and definitely nothing under 8-foot, except for the 70's Single Fin
Division
- ARRRRRRRR me hardys
- Around 50 surfers turned up for another day of wenching
and debauchery (oh well, lip smacks and floaters anyway)
- Weather-wise, the day started pretty well, with a light,
but fairly cool breeze
- Swell size around 2-3 foot on the face
- The light breeze soon became a bit stiffer and a lot cooler
- T'was a brisk wind tugging at the yard-arm (felt like
a wind-chill factor of around 10 degrees, but was probably around 21-22)
- The swell rapidly decreased and became more choppy as
the wind swung in from the sou-east
- There were five divisions surfed
- Open 8-foot
- Masters 8-foot
- Open 70's Single-Fin
- Masters 70's Single-Fin
- Skurvvy (Mystery) Final
- The FINALS were held in atrocious sloppy conditions, but
held they were
- Great day overall
